just gotta say, I love the pair and I don't think I would ever get tired of reading about them... so I'm not sure they'd ever "stay too long" :) Personally I'd love to know more about Royce's infancy, childhood and young adult life and his time in prison, do you ever see writing more on that? The screen with the young boy and the apple has just really stuck with me.

The Carol, thanks for taking the time to write and say you want more. I certainly hope I'm able to tell all the stories between Chronicles and Revelations. We'll see how people feel after The Disappearance of Winter's Daughter comes out on December 5th. Here's to hoping.
As for stories with Royce's infancy, young life, or time spent with Manzant there is a possibility, but until I start writing something, I can't really say for sure. Sometimes "an idea" doesn't become enough to make a full story out of. So I don't want to make any commitments right now. I'm glad you liked the scene with the boy and the apple - I found it quite moving as well.

I cannot tell you how much I love Riyria! (Chronicles and Revelations). I discovered them -Aug 2018 - I read them in publishing order. I just finished them again this Oct and am into the Chronicles for the 2nd time today. It is just enough time between that I remember enough to stay with it and still be surprised and overwhelmed.Your books have so much emotion in them! I waver from Royce to Hadrian but go with H?
