Goodreads asked Manuel Monroy Correa:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

It's known that the brain has at least two different ways to manage information in regards to complete a project. I always try to lead myself into the "diffuse" one. That is making simple things such as walk or distract from writing. Sometimes frustration is a good way to break "writer's block" by representing dramaticly as a form of making yourself see the cracks of your struggle.
