Betsy, I am trying to think of the title of a book that was recently reviewed, I'm not sure if it was by you... It was translated (I think from French) an unavailable as it is out of print..but the reviewer suggested the inter library exchange system as a way to attain it... do you have any idea of the book I am speaking about? Thanks!

It's The Swallower Swallowed. A very difficult book. Only available through the library unless you want to pay $600 for a used copy. Author is Rejean Ducharme, translated into English by Barbara Bray. By the way, NY Review of Books may republish it; they're considering it for their classics series. If you read it and feel as if you're drowning, I apologize. As I said, it's a very difficult book.

Hi Betsy! I am going crazy...it seems as though, in the last month there was a review (I thought it was from you) about a book that made me want to buy that book next. Of course, there are so many books on my "want to read" shelf I can't figure out which one it was. The review said something so powerful about the book...like it was one of the BEST books ever...
