Since retiring, I've become an observer of people and events, rather than lab results (!), and my inspiration comes from what I see and experience. People are fascinating! With regard to the day to day, I have a set time (morning) when I write and I try to keep my nose to the grindstone - which isn't hard because writing is so much fun!
