I've always been asked if I would return to Whispering Pines, the camp I created in Sleepaway Girls, and time just got away from me! Five years later, I got the chance to return, but because it had been such a long stretch of time since the first book, I decided to age up my characters to senior counselors and bring in a new set of young characters to focus on. A little bit of the old, a bunch of the new. I really enjoyed writing Harper because she was so different from any character I've ever written. She starts out sweet, but shallow, and grows into an entirely new person over the course of the summer and I think that's what summer camp is all about. It gives you the chance to try a new persona on for size and see how it fits.

Hi Ms Calonita! I love, love, love your books!! :)) The FTRS and RAR series really inspired me to start writing my own fairytale-themed book!! I was so sad when I found out that Cursed would be the last book in the FTRS series... It was my favourite one! I was just wondering if you're still continuing the RAR series? The way Outlaws ended made me intrigued to find out more!! I really hope there is a next book!! :D
