'The Coaching Diaries' got launched as a book because of another Goodreads Author, Curtis Lee. I was going through a major depression rut, and in the process of offering me guidance with that, it was something that he said in passing about publishing books that did the trick. I had all of this material written and forgot about it. For the next two months, all of my energy went into editing, formatting, and doing other work on 'The Coaching Diaries.' I was so busy that I didn't get a chance to breathe. It was a great distraction.
