It was a brilliant idea to kill Caine off, I have to say. "In a blaze of glory." Was there any decision making when you decided to kill off Caine, or did you just randomly come up with it? If you did have a decision making process, what were the reasons for killing him off? (I just really have to know coz I ADORE killing off my characters and kinda need some guidelines there. xP)
