How do you deal with writer’s block?

Donnell Ann Bell I go for a walk or get into the shower. Writers block is always cured when you can't write something down ;) What if scenarios are terrific ways to cure writers block. If your character isn't cooperating ... change it around.. do something absurd. Probably what is happening is you're stuck with one outcome. Good luck!

Do you live in Colorado Springs? Am really enjoying The Past Came Running - and love your references about the Springs. I was the trade book buyer at the Colorado College Bookstore for twenty years and cannot recall another trade book with as many "tidbits" about our town! REALLY enjoying the book and am recommending it to a good friend who is a CSPD detective!!
