How do you deal with writer’s block?

Laura Morgan I've been incredibly lucky and haven't suffered with it yet. Sometimes the story will hit a natural pause, though. Rather than stare at the computer screen I just sit back, close my eyes and let my mind wander. I might come up with one or two scenarios in which to pull the story along, and other times I go back a little and make changes to the story to allow for a new element I've chosen to add in.
