In Dragonsworn, Apollo said Apollymi hadn't joined the Atlantean pantheon until Bathymaas was reborn as Bet. However, in the Dark Bites' short story about Aricles and Bathymaas, Aricles names all the warring goddesses of the Atlantean pantheon, Apollymi included. Can you clarify this for me?

No, that's not what he says. I think you misread it. Dikastis most clearly states that Bethany wouldn't remember Apollymi setting up the Atlantean pantheon because Bethany hadn't been born at the time Apollymi sets it up (because Apollo had killed Bethany). Apollymi is the goddess who set up the pantheon. I've always said that. That has never changed. The dig isn't about when Apollymi joined the pantheon, it was over the fact that Apollo twice killed Sytxx and interfered with Bethany's life and that he'd best stay away from her and Styxx or else they'd have his head.

Some of the things said in CON seem oddly prophetic: Grim talking about Dark Hunters and saying "seize the night" (title of the book where Nick died), Nick commenting in class on the stupidity of a quest for Revenge, etc. Are you intentionally driving me crazy? I am paranoid that every comment is a bad omen. Caleb saying Kody will be Nick's Death, Nick thinking that Kody has his heart... terrible senarios are forming.

When I read Ash's book, it completely just broke my heart about how he was in the -before- years, what made you want to write one about Styxx? I haven't read it yet (pick it up this weekend), but I'm having mixed feelings about reading it. I don't know that I want to like him! :)
