Never a problem with me. Right now I'm working on a novel set in German Occupied Paris during World War II and Allied Occupied Germany after, and I have the first chapter written for a novel set in Northern Ireland during the troubles. It drives me crazy that I have to devote so much time to promoting A TALE OF THORNS AND HONEY.
