"Skin after skin" was a sad book to read for me. I realize this was not the intention; but in all honestly I was depressed after finishing the book (my issue). I don't know why but what bugs more than anything else: why did Jacob cancel that date? ^_^
Jordan Castillo Price
I guess it was not NOT my intention either. If anything, my intention was to show facets of the story and characters that weren't apparent from Vic's point of view.
Jacob, throughout the story, has demonstrated that he has no idea how to process his work problems. He also ditched Crash more than once with a quick text, in fact he bailed on their very first date for work reasons. So he dealt with something awful at work, stepped aside to process it on his own, and Crash had too much invested in that particular dinner to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I absoutely love Wild Bill & Michael from Channeling Morpheus! I own all the books in that series plus the audio book Channeling Morpheus for Scary Mary (Channeling Morpheus/Sweet Oblivion #1-5) narrated by Gomez Pugh. My question is do you have a plan for the audiobook for Bitter Taste of Sweet Oblivion (Channeling Morpheus/Sweet Oblivion #6-10)? If so would Gomez Pugh continue as narrator? Thank you.

Manifesting that Psycop gets a TV adaption very very soon! Do you have a clear visualization of character faces when you write? I just wanted to mention that Luke Evans gives off Jacob vibes with the buzzcut and goatee, young James McAvoy totally nails that Vic look with the scowling and all. And singer Damiano David is the perfect Crash for me.

Would you ever consider making your books accessible via Kindle Unlimited? My local library has only up to Book 8 of the PsyCop series and not much else. I’m flying through them, they’re great, and you have a whole other series I want to try but my library isn’t great at buying ebooks recommended to them and in the back of my mind, I’m wailing because I’m going to run out.
