Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

C. Gold For The Archmage's Eclipse, I got really excited about the Aug 21, 2017 solar eclipse that was sweeping close to where I live. I began thinking about how strong magic usually happens during events like this in other stories so naturally, I needed a demon invasion and a hero to stop it.

Writing while the light was being leeched from the sky outside my window provided a spooky atmosphere and I included elements of the event into the story.
