As she stood over her best friend's lifeless body in the foyer of her home, she lifted her head and happened to glance at the decorative gold trimmed mirror on the wall. She noticed the blood dripping from her mouth and a deep, painful shrill pierced her ears, as she realized the sound was coming from her own body. The reflection in the mirror was that of the Venom Vampire she feared becoming for over a century.
