Why the pseudonym?

S.W. Collins At the time I was reading a lot of male poets and I was fascinated about the way the wrote about women so I wanted to do a sort of creative exercise and try to write like a man. I guess I was also very insecure about my writing and I used it to hide behind it. But I've decided it's time to use my real name because I feel like that kind of vulnerability is what helps people connect with someone else's art.
