You are about to be banished to a desert island for a year and you can take the books of one author, the music of one artist or band, and one type of food with you. What would your choices be?

Tough question! Stephen King for books, as he's one of my favorites and prolific enough to keep me going for a long time. Mike Oldfield for music (same reason) and if I have an endless supply of roast pork I'd be a very happy man!
