Where do you get your inspiration from? I love all your books. Once i started to read it, I could not put it down and was reading until 2am. I love how you put myths and legends into your stories and how modern day blends in with the past. And your chose history that I am well aware about.

Colleen Houck Inspiration can come from anywhere. I read a lot. Mythology books are a big resource for me, but I also love art books and researching stories on the internet. Sometimes ideas come from wacky dreams that I have to decipher from my bad handwriting the next morning. You never know what will give you your next big idea.

Hi, I was re-reading Tigers curse again, and noticed that when Damon is described on p259 he's described as orange and black. Is there a particular magical reason for this or was it just described before you had planned out the other books?
