Wotgermaine asked Steelwhisper:

In reading some of your past reviews (I've got catching up to do), I came across a debate between you and, I think, Julio about a KJ Charles book. You insisted on there being differences between LGBT and m/m romances, and you cited some brief examples. I've tried going back to find the exchange but haven't. I keep returning to it in my mind because I think it's fascinating. Any further thoughts on that?

Steelwhisper I think I know the discussion you are talking about, but couldn't tell you where it was.

And yes, I believe that LGBT and m/m are not the same thing. LGBT is written by or about LGBT people, while m/m is basically slash written for (mainly) straight women. Of course there is an overlap at the fringes, where both meet, but I consider it a minor thing. Please PM me, if you have more questions :) I missed to notice this one for ages. Sorry about that!
