Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Gini Graham Scott I organized a group of three sales reps to go to the American Film Market for me, since I don't like going to these big marketing events and didn't have the time to take away from writing for clients. And then after I went through all the steps to do this successfully, I realized this could make a good book, since other books on working with a sales teams are directed towards managers and owners of large sales forces.
