It depends exactly what you mean by writer's block! I never have trouble with ideas - if anything, I have too many. When it comes to actually sitting down and writing, I'm an obsessive planner, so I always know exactly what each scene needs to contain. Actually sitting down and starting to write, though... that can be difficult!
