My most recent book, In the Dark, was inspired by the question: "What if I was trapped somewhere with an ex?" Isn't that everyone's nightmare? I thought it would be fun to explore that question. Also, I'd never written about a hostage situation or werewolves so I thought I'd challenge myself by trying. It was a lot of fun!
