Hi Ro! All said and done, it was about 5 years. I would say the first year I didn't realise I was writing a book, but in my 2nd year that became intentional.

Kia ora from Aotearoa, New Zealand! I'd love to gift this book to a few Italian friends, but I can't seem to find an Italian translation. Do you know if it's been published in that language and where I could find it? This book has really taken me by the hand, and it's walking me home, step by step, on my healing arthritic feet.
