Cintia
Cintia asked Kieran Kramer:

I'm an aspiring writer, but I'm dealing with two things: I get discouraged every single day because 96% of manuscripts are rejected, and I haven't had an idea for years, literally. There's too many people wanting to be writers, and knowing there's so much competition just kills me a little every day. When I get motivated, immediatly something appears about the industry that kills it. Any tips on how to deal with this?

Kieran Kramer Yes! Do it anyway! Write! Who cares what other people think or say?? I’m sorry I’m just seeing this question now. You will never regret following your heart. Write for the joy of it, not to sell a book. Write and be proud of being brave!!! If it turns out it’s something you want to share, then think about business options. But don’t go into it for those reasons. Write despite hearing the word NO! Write because it makes you happy to do so. Stay strong and protect your dream! Don’t let the naysayers take it away. Make that dream a reality!!!
