Sarah Morgan:
I'm an aspiring writer, but I'm dealing with two things: I get discouraged every single day because 96% of manuscripts are rejected, and I haven't had an idea for years, literally. There's too many people wanting to be writers, and knowing there's so much competition just kills me a little every day. When I get motivated, immediatly something appears about the industry that kills it. Any tips on how to deal with this?
Sarah Morgan
Hi Cintia, I think the most important thing about being a writer is that you should enjoy the writing itself. I think if you're writing with the sole aim of writing a bestseller etc, then it is far easier to be discouraged because being published/good sales/bestseller lists etc are never guaranteed. It is important to write what you enjoy writing, If you love it, then the chances are that other people will too. I wrote as a hobby long before I was published, and did it because I loved it. If I ceased to be published tomorrow I would still write. So I think it's important to write something you love. If you find yourself demotivated by things you see in the industry, then try and pay less attention. For example if going on Twitter discourages you, then limit your time on Twitter. And don't forget that many people post their successes, but not the struggle it took to get there. Writing is a brilliant job, but it's hard work and it is never easy. Good luck! Sarah.

Dear Ms Morgan, as they are my most favourite books of yours, I have a question regarding older series. 1st: Are you thinking about another novel, that has the Ferrara Brothers in it, or a character from the series? And 2nd: will there be a second book for Laylas sister and/or Raz's brother from "Lost to the Desert Warrior"? Thanks for your beautiful characters. Best regards, your fan Sedennur
