Hi! I read the excerpt and now, I'm really excited to read Psycop #9 :) My question is, what can we expect from the new book? Also, how many more Psycop books will there be? Thank you and Have a Happy New Year!!
Jordan Castillo Price
Hooray, I'm excited you're excited!! Agent Bayne is all about transitioning from one job to another. In American culture, and I think particularly for men, you ARE your job. So when Vic changes jobs, what does that mean for his identity? And as usual, what happens turns out to be nothing like what he expects anyway.
I don't have a specific number of PsyCop books planned out, I've just decided to keep going as long as I've got dangling threads to address and it all still feels fresh and exciting. So, at least two more, but probably many more than that.
Happy 2018! xoxo

Hi Jordan, I'm an avid reader of all your books :), and I am doing a re-read of the Psycop series.I have a question about Crash. In Skin after Skin he sees Vic as someone very centered on himself. I never perceived Vic as such, more as someone who is sometimes out of his depth (no wonder, since he's the only one with that level) and floundering, so he seeks, very anxiously, a solution. What is your view?

I should really know this since I've read the whole PsyCop series and I'm in the middle of listening to the audio books (just bought #5), but I have a bad memory (& not enough patience to wait til I listen to #5-7) so can you refresh my memory about what we know about Vic's family? Thank you!

I know maybe someone else already asked this, but I just found it today myself so I need to ask just to confirm. Hemovore is like hemoglobin eater right? Like herbivore, something that eat plants.. herb+vore. So hemo+vore; hemoglobin eater (blood eater)...Just brilliant! I really adore all of your books I've read so far. Yeah, I'm one of your fans I guess. Have a great day! :)
