I do not have a question...or maybe one. I want to let you know that I started reading your work and it has been the best journey for me. I first met your work on Audible and listened to Age of Myth. I loved the book so I ended up reading the series. Now I am on The Riyria Revelations and it is great. Great job with the characters and plot. My question is if there is any plans to make this into movies?

Hey Jon,
I'm so glad you've enjoyed the books. I think all authors dream of seeing their work on the big or little screen. Unfortunately, that happens for such a small % of projects that it's highly unlikely to cross the finish line. Still, we've made the first steps and have signed an option for the stories, but it's still too early to say anything more. When we have some definitive news, we'll certainly let you (and others) know.

Hi Michael, I just finished Legends of the First Empire and I wanted to thank you for writing amazing books and bringing the love for the genre back. My question - At the end of Age of Empyre you say that your story originally started with the Galantians but then it changed with time. Tbh I love the Galantians, I love the flaws and everything that comes with them. Any plans to write anything more about them?

Just finished the Legends of the First Empire series and loved it! I am planning on reading your older series which I understand takes place later in the same universe. Question: is there a difference between the "Riyria Chronicles" and "Riyria Revelations"? I'm a little confused about which book is first in that series or even how many books there are. Thanks in advance! ~Emily

My question is this. Why have you done this to me Michael? I had a lineup of books to go through that had been set for a few months. Then I had to go and listen to your shorts on Audible. Now I'm downloading a Theft of Swords on there as we speak, set to go through. Now You've added another minimum 6 books to the top of my reading list. Thank you.
