Robin, I loved your Convenient Lies story. It was a fast-paced thriller with a great romance story in there. My question though is about the one thing I found a wee bit unrealistic - Have you ever had a baby who was as well behaved or as easy to care for as "Johnny" when only a few weeks old? I have brought up 4 children and cared for 8 grandchildren, and I wish.....:)

Robin Patchen Sandra, you're absolutely right! Even good babies consume a new mother's time and attention. I wasn't sure how to make the baby realistically high-maintenance and still have the story moving forward, because who wants to read about rocking a baby and praying they'd finally fall asleep? :)
