I've worked in the catfish industry for over thirty years, served as a deputy sheriff for ten years and serve as a Scoutmaster. I just wanted to write about a good Boy Scout who takes on injustice and prevails in the end. I also wanted to throw in a good female character as a role model for young females in today's society.
