How do you deal with writer’s block?

Nande Orcel If I have writer's block, I would either step away from the project for a couple of days (taking notes on what I'd like to right during the break), skip the part that I'm stuck on with a note to return to it later on, or I'll write a part of the book that I'm really excited about, like an important death scene or something, even if it has to be edited later to fit in with the rest of the story.
