What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Leta Blake The best advice I have been given is:
1) Finish your work. Fight through the hard parts and get it done.
2) Write for just one person. Even better if that person is yourself. Fear about audience is such an inspiration killer and so if you can let go of that concern and just write for yourself or for one other person you know for sure will love your book then any other reader who likes the book is a gift.
3) Write another book.
