What’s the best thing about being a writer?

N.V. Bruno For me, being a fiction writer, it's all about creating my own world. I get a chance to get into the shoes of my characters, experience their joys and sorrows and dilemmas, be the protagonist and the antagonist, learn new things. It's a roller coaster ride. The writer always has more fun writing the book. And that sense of satisfaction to see something that you created from scratch in the hands of other people in the form of printed books or even digital copies. Sales figures come secondary. But the joy of seeing your book hit stores and bookshelves, it's something always worth the effort.
