How do you deal with writer’s block?

E. Denise Billups To me, writer’s block is synonymous with fatigue. It just means you need to step away from writing and do something else, preferably something just as creative. I love creating book trailers and developing my character’s world on film. So when my writing’s at a standstill, I craft a short logline and from that one or two sentences create a book teaser which usually inspires my next word or chapter.
