I'd stalled on one...until last fall, when a couple readers suggested a prequel to IO on my website's Contact/Q&A page. THAT got my mental wheels unjammed and turning again. There was a bit of a stumble between then & now on whether or not that project would move forward and a project I was working in the meantime (which I should be able to announce soon) was also shifters. I'd already gone from Pretty Poison (shifters) to the new shifter story...Honestly, I couldn't face diving right back into another shifter story, even if it was just revisiting a world I'd already built. 3 shifter worlds that close together is the secret to a psychotic break, right? LOL. But yeah, that prequel's going to happen. Maybe after I finish the current non-shifter project. Unless (God help me) something else gets all jacked up, I should have the IO prequel in 2015.
So...a sequel, probably not. At least not anytime soon. That's still jammed up in my head. But a prequel? That, I'm rather excited about. :-)

Hi Kari, My friends and I just finished a buddy read of Pretty Poison and we were wondering about the ages of some of the characters. How old are the members of Noah's family? Also the age of Trudy the healer? We all liked Trudy. Also another question, do you plan on writing any more books in this series? We'd like to read them if you do. Thanks!

Hello :) I hope that this question hasn't been asked before, but do you already have an estimate release date for the second part of For Whom the Heart Stone Burns? :D I've read the first part more often then I'd like to admit and everytime I'm finished I'm like: I.need.more! Please feel free to ignore this question if it has already been asked. :) Love your books ♥ Sel
