Where can I find a copy of "Merry Christmas Josh"? It's not on Riptide's site anymore and no one else seems to have it.

I have taken back the rights of the Josh of the Damned stories from Riptide, and I'm hoping to republish them independently. Also, I'm working on a new Josh story, which will probably be included in the re-published Josh.
