What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Brooklyn Graham Writing is something that you either need to do, or not. If you have the calling, you will write, no matter what. My advice to any aspiring author is write what you know, write every day, and stay real. Some of the best novels and stories I have read are grounded in everyday occurrences and relationships. Try and find a place where you can be at peace, a sanctuary if you will. This space should be for writing, and only for writing. Good luck.
