Jerry Zak
Jerry Zak asked Haru Ichiban:

As an artist do you design your book covers as well? Reading your background and process tells me we may be on the same wave length. Just like you I’ve also experienced revisiting my earlier books for improvements. It may be a ‘bummer’ but I’d like to think of it as a sign of growth! I too write for the love of writing first, if others enjoy the “mind trip” that’s a bonus.

Haru Ichiban Sure thing, Jerry! I want my books to be as "me" as possible. As independent authors we have that freedom too! I think it's a great thing to revisit earlier books and make them more polished. It's for our own enjoyment after all :) and growth is always uncomfortable, but the alternatives are not what you want.
