I do have another hate to love coming out in the future, so keep an eye out for that. :) [Spoiler alert for PS I LIKE YOU] I think Cade and Lily had some misunderstandings early in their acquaintance that led to their dislike of each other. But no, I don't think he actually liked her. They needed to clear up some things from the past before that could happen. :)
