Are there two different books? One says 7 and another says 7 1/2! I am so confused!

Stuart Turton One is the US title, and the other the UK title. Exactly the same book underneath, though.

Hello again! I'm not sure if I understand this correctly; Aiden followed Anna into Blackheath and he killed her as they were going through this loop of solving Evelyn's murder? When did this killing happen exactly though? Was it before any of the loops started? Does this mean, whenever Anna wakes up, she is being killed everyday by Aiden? Or is she killed once by Aiden? I'm sorry if its confusing haha! Thanks!
