Dear David I have just been reading through the Harry Stubbs work again and was wondering how his next outing is coming along? Indeed which of the Cthulhu Mythos will be rearing it’s ugly tentacled face this time? Will it be old “a mountain that moves “Cthulhu himself or Shub “I’ve got a lot of offspring” Nigurath or who let the dogs out hounds of Tindalos? Who ever Harry faces I’m sure it will be a good tale.

Andy - hope your near-namesake's demise was not too traumatic! I can't say too much at present, but there is a project ongoing - not a full Harry novel, but... - which will be revealed soon. As to which horror to meet next...close textural analysis suggests that the thing in Alien Stars may have been Shub-wotsit, which is identified with the Magna Mater and Astarte, and which might explain a few things. I'm certainly up for suggestions, preferably unusual ones. My current main writing project is a non-Harry mythos work, a spin-off to The Dulwich Horror of 1927 tentatively called "War of the God-Queen," with a radically different setting. It started as a short story but is evolving into a novel.

PART ONE Hello, I don't know if we ever meet. I was a co-chair of NecronomiCon: The Cthulhu Mythos Convention for a decade. Two matters: The first is there is a misspelling of your book "The Dulwich Horror & Others" on Amazon.com (US). "Horror" is spelled with *4* "r"s -- "Horrror." I let Amazon know but...? https://www.amazon.com/Dulwich-Horrror-Others-David-Hambling/dp/1786368285/
