Hi Kasie! I absolutely love your books! I was wondering what steps you took after writing the books to get them published. I write books myself, and I was thinking of publishing one, but I don't know where to start. When did you publish your first book? Thanks!

Kasie West Thanks for reading my books! I'm happy to hear you enjoy writing. Some of my favorite resources for publishing are Nathan Bransford's blog (google his name and you'll find it). He has a lot of tips. Check out the 'agents' tab on his site and he answers so many good questions about getting published. The other site I like is querytracker.net It is a comprehensive list of literary agents that help your book find a home with a publishing house and what kinds of books they are after. I published my first book in 2013. It's a long, hard road with lots of rejection, but if you go in knowing you'll hear a lot of negative, you can brace yourself for it. Because it only takes one agent and one publisher to like your book enough to take a chance on it. Good luck!!
