Dear Cara, I recently finished "When Forever Ended" and was left with so many questions! First, is there a sequel to this book? Because it felt like there so many unresolved issues. Or, maybe my Kindle version of the book was missing a few chapters. Why did you mention Will's brother on two occasions in connection with Lissa, but never expounded on what I felt was a possible relationship between the two?
