Elaime asked M.J. Rose:

In "The Witch of Painted Sorrows" you have a scene where the Rabbi's of the temple took Sandrine down to the baths and tried to exorcise the demon they thought within her. I know you do a tremendous amount of research. I recommended the book to the book club that I run and we discussed today, One of the woman is Jewish and she said that would never have happened that the Rabbi's took her to the Mitzvah baths.?

M.J. Rose The Rabbi I worked with said that is the only place they could have taken her that was holy enough to exorcise the demons. Since exorcisms did not happen often, and my research was done with a French rabbi - perhaps there are different opinions. Thank your club for reading! And if they liked it there are two other books in the series. The Secret Language of Stones and The Library of Light and Shadow. And my newest book - not about the occult at all just came out. Tiffany Blues. I do speak to clubs via Skype if they like as well.
