Good Day Maam,Hi I'm Angelley from Philippines.I have read your story"Chasing Sunset",I was amazed by your masterpiece. The way you write the story it inspires me to read more and maybe write my own story too😊, soon.I just want to ask you,How did you come up with the idea for your book? What keeps you motivated during creative slumps? Can you recommend any new or upcoming authors to us?
Rhodora M. Fitzgerald
Hi Angelley,
Thanks for your interest in Chasing Sunsets. The idea for this story came to me when I was on a plane heading west, and the sun was setting. As we flew west, we chased the sunset... which made it last the entire flight. I remember thinking about how life is this way... we 'chase' our whole lives towards our final sunset. Thus, the story was born!
Staying motivated to write is something I struggle with. I really need to be in the right mood to write. But, when people start asking if I'm writing, or what I'm working on... that inspires me to get back to writing again.
I'm sorry I really don't know of any new authors to recommend. Good luck in your writing endeavors!
