How do you deal with writer’s block?

Daniel J. Strait Oh...the dreaded writer's block. That's a tough question. It hits all writer's. You will get to a spot in your story and kind of get stuck. You know which direction the story needs to go but sometimes I just have to give it time. I tend to go back several pages and read through what I already have down and think about what I want to come next. I look at my plot outline and then hope that I can think of something good and very original. It can be tough. But don't lose hope, because once it's gone, get that keyboard going.
