Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Valorie Kondos Field I have done quite a bit of speaking the past few years. Every time I finish people have asked me “Where can I buy your book?” I never felt like I had anything to say that hadn’t already been said. One day my friend, Abbe Shapiro said “Every generation needs people to speak to these life truths in a way that resonates with our current generation.” So... I decided to put my thoughts into a book.
