I don't currently have any plans for a book from Warin's POV. Have you read the prequel, Origin? (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...)
It has several chapters from Warin's POV - but it's not the same timeline (or story line as Wicked Soul.
As for when Debt of Bones is out - there's not a set release date yet, but guestimating late Spring early Summer 2019.
