I only in recent years developed an ear to listen to my inner voice that spits out ideas. I try to write them down immediately and go back to week out. My ideas come from real stories I hear, overheard conversations in elevators, restaurants, waiting in doctor's office, etc. Anything I hear can develop in my mind.
