Caroline Mickelson Hi Sabrina - Thanks for getting in touch. I've just double checked Amazon and it appears they're all there for sale. They certainly should be! I recently changed website hosts and the links in some of the back of my books no longer work. I've been working on updating those. Is that, perhaps, how you were looking for one of my books?
