Hi, Anna Lee. What is your favorite time period and why?

Anna Lee Huber Hi Melina! That's difficult for me to answer because I'm fascinated with so many periods. :) I would say my favorites are the 1770s-1830s, because of all the revolutions and tremendous upheaval - plus Regency England is hugely appealing (largely b/c of Jane Austen, I suspect); and 1914-1939, because of WWI and the interwar period - more upheaval, tragedy, the cataclysm of tradition with technology, and glamour.

I picked up "A Fatal Illusion" through my libraries Inter Library Loan program. There wasn't any local copies. Where you aware or did anyone let you know that on page 219 there is an error? Shouldn't both dates be 1819, not 1919?

Just finished A Study in Death, and loved it (no surprise)! I had to wait to get my hands on it from the library....I actually didn't pre-order this one because I really like my books to match! Do you know if it will be released in paperback to match the others in the series?
