Ahhhh, the end - sad but exciting. Just to be sure I have it right. I can still purchase the The Living, book 4 of the Warm Bodies series from your website? Also, I'd like to know where I can purchase your short story, Boarded Window.

Isaac Marion Yes, you can ONLY purchase it from my website. (isaacmarion.com) It will not be in stores. It will not be on Amazon. (Except the ebook) I'm probably only going to see a few thousand copies no matter where I sell it so I might as well actually keep that little bit of money. Also, this allows me to sign them!

"Boarded Window"—the Warm Bodies Holiday Special!—has never been up for purchase, it was an online-only special on the CityArts website, but guess what? I am revising and expanding it and I'm going to include a printed copy, signed and numbered, in every hard copy of THE LIVING.

I know you self-published three other novels before Atria Books picked up Warm Bodies, and I was wondering if it was ever discouraging or if there was ever a point where you wondered if you would ever get a novel published "mainstream," so to speak. And, maybe, if you had any advice for how to work through that? I try to remember that I write for me, but some days it's harder to remember than others.

Hi, I read your post on Tumblr about how The Burning World and The Living are 900 pages long. That is an impressively massive undertaking and I can't even imagine the editing process. No wonder it took three years! I was just wondering how you maintain the tension in a novel that long? Is it part of the editing process or do you find it comes naturally as you write? Thanks!
